There are multiple types of Karakuri boxes but I aimed to create something simple this time.
I also aimed to make you surprised when you open it and want to try to open over and over again even after you know the solution.

The motif is my favorite fish: "Yellow boxfish".
It does not have dot patterns as real one but I aimed to express an appearance that makes you want to always look at it with the beauty of the Japanese Torreya wood and unique cuteness of this fish.
