This work was designed for an exhibition that theme is “Nostalgic”.
The motif is a desk record player that was popular in Japan about 100 years ago.
The trick is easy. There are two storage spaces.
Today, we can easily listen to music where ever we are. And we can get the music of the world through Internet with the click of a button.
People living 100 years ago would have probably thought it was by some kind of magic!
I am thankful for music always being around us.
But this record does not make any sound !
