What is he looking at? He doesn't move an inch.
Oh, there must be something there....
With the cat's agility and sharp claws, it would certainly be able to catch it's prey.
But even if it does manage catch something, it doesn't have to come to show it to us.
Now, put yourself in the cat's mind and look for the hint.
