Shachihoko is an imaginary creature with the head of a dragon and the body of a fish.
There is a legend that when building or house are on fire, Shachihoko Spews out the water and puts the fire out. Following the legend, Shachihoko has been put on a roof as a gurdian god.

It's characteristic of Shachihoko that he puts his tail up. But when I see him, I feel that he needs a rest because the pose must be hard for him to keep. Perhaps, he says "I'm so tired... I want to stretch and take a rest...".
That's the reason why I made this work.
Let's loosen up his body and let him rest.
