Tunnel Maker	KY-46	This work was designed as a Christmas present for 2019. The mole is looking for food. He is doing his best to find food but can't catch anything. The mole followed the earthworms and started digging. After a while, the mole was able to create an elaborate tunnel. MINI GORON	KY-43-2	Rabbits can't lie down slowly because of the structure of their legs. Wild rabbits don't have much chance to lie down, but a domestic rabbit is different. They don’t care even if that makes us worried! This is a remake of KY-43 “SUPER GORON". The size has become smaller and the material has changed. The opening method is almost the same. Aquatic Bird Haniwa	KY-45	This work was designed for an exhibition with the theme, “WA”. The motif is a waterbird-shaped Haniwa in the middle of the Kofun period. It was believed that Aquatic Bird Haniwa carried and guided the souls of the mound tomb. They all seem to look realistic with their free and calm expression. Almost as if they could turn around. SUPER GORON	KY-43	This work was designed for Karakuri Puzzle Party in Hakone 2018. Rabbits seem to contort their bodies into strange positions when they are in a place where they can really relax. Seeing them stretch and contort can be a bit of a shock. We can also see them behaving in a clumsy way in their peaceful place. Please don’t bother them while they are relaxing. Bear get ready	KY-42	This work was designed for an exhibition that theme is “Travel”. A bear finished getting ready for his trip. However, he had a nagging feeling that he had forgotten something. 'Where are my glasses? Where’s my pocket watch? Where did I put the ticket?' It seems he has many important things to bring. If he double checks everything once again, he will be able to put his mind at ease and enjoy his trip. Walking with the moon	KY-40	When I was riding in the car as a child, I looked out the window and saw the moon following us. I was wondering about it and continued looking at it until we got home. The man is so absorbed in talking to the moon, that he doesn’t even notice that he passed by his house. You can open the drawer when the moon and the man’s eyes match. KAKUNOPHON	KY-24	This work was designed for an exhibition that theme is “Nostalgic”. The motif is a desk record player that was popular in Japan about 100 years ago. The trick is easy. There are two storage spaces. Today, we can easily listen to music where ever we are. And we can get the music of the world through Internet with the click of a button. People living 100 years ago would have probably thought it was by some kind of magic! I am thankful for music always being around us. UMEKO	KY-4	This is one of the works that were developed for the theme; " works associated with Odawara and Hakone". There used to be a small zoo at the foot of Odawara Castle. In the zoo there was one female elephant who was quite famous. The elephant, named UMEKO, passed away a few years ago. She enjoyed eating apples. Perhaps she is still eating an apple in the great beyond. This work is modeled after the elephant Umeko. ※ A part of the design may be changed without a notice. MY DOG	KY-21	(Master to dog) “Settle down there. I can tell you know what this is. The anticipation is too much so you jump around. But as soon as I set down your bowl, I know you will devour your dinner in no time.” The mechanism is a mix of Automata and karakuri. Though my dog likes small dried sardines, I made this in a general image. This work was designed for the exhibition "Heartbeat". Miss Yamori	KY-14-2	This is a remade version of KY-14. Miss Yamori strengthened her legs. She gets a little suntan because of training everyday. A gecko which is a symbol of wisdom, agility and adaptability represents strength. Baby Penguin	KY-19	This work was designed as a Christmas present for 2012. 　 The baby emperor penguin is fluffy as it waddles. This movement forms the image. Miss Yamori	KY-14	"Yamori" means gecko in Japanese. A gecko is calmly resting on the box. The gecko is a symbol of wisdom, agility and adaptability. They are considered to be the mark of good luck. My BUTTER	KY-6	Butter is made by solidifying fat in the milk. At normal temperature, butter is a white solid that is slightly tinted with yellow. The trick is simple. When the craftsman designed this work, he got the idea from the Hakone traditional Secret Box. (This work was designed as a Christmas present for 2008.) UMEKO	KY-4	There is a small zoo at the foot of Odawara Castle. There is one elephant in the zoo. There used to be a lot of animals there, but there is only an elephant, a monkey and a pigeon now. (This is one of the works that were developed for the cause of the concept to "make works associated with Odawara and Hakone".) I'm shy	KY-1	A turtle is on a box. When you touch his head… However shy he can’t hide himself enough. The motif is a Red-eared Turtle that the designer kept at school. At first he was so small and cute that we can put him on a hand. But now, he became too big. He is no longer he used to be. This work was designed at his present full-scale. He often goggles his eyes. He doesn’t look shy. But, he draws in his head, hands and feet when we bring our fingers close to him. The motion was also reproduced as a work.
