We have started to create new works of "Chotto Karakuri" Series.
"Chotto" means "a little" or "slight".
The keywords are "Unlikelihood", "simplicity", and "low price".
The aim of this series isn't development of elaborate works.
We aim to make works we can enjoy willingly.

Checker Secret	CH-9	This was developed for beginners of Karakuri Boxes. But there is an additional storage section so it is actually somewhat fancy. The design is elegantly simple that it is sold for only karakuri Club members. Present box	CH-8	This is the remade veision of P-52. These two boxes, BOX WITH A RIBBON Ⅲ（P-27）and LETTER BOX D（P-1-4）are joined together. Double box	CH-7	This is the remade veision of M-47. "PENTAGON" (M-8) was created in July 1984. This "Double box" was made by simplifying the device of PENTAGON. There are two layers inside the box. Little Tree	CH-4	This is one of the new Karakuri series which has new design and simple mechanism. It is smaller than "Mother Tree". The mechanism is different from "Mother tree". 　 Created : 04/2011 Size : 74×74×52 mm Material : oak, magnolia, keyaki, etc.
Little Tree	CH-4-2	This is the remake version of the Little Tree. The mechanism is same. The material and the surface design were changed. It was used as one of the materials of workshop of "Hakone Karakuri Party 2011". Created : 08/2011 Size : 74×74×52 ㎜ Material : oak, keyaki (zelkova), etc.
Star Night	CH-5-2	We increased size in it just a little. You can put a general business card in it. It puts business card or something, and it will be pretty when you put it on a desk. Created : 11/2011 Size : 85×120×60 mm Material : walnut, maple,kobushi magnolia etc.
Star Night	CH-5	This is one of the new Karakuri series which has new design and simple mechanism. We use different materials and designed simply. The polar bear is walking on the snowfield. This is the big hint to open this box. Created : 04/2011 Size : 83×115×68 mm Material : walnut, cucumber tree(or mizuki), etc.
Hit Box	CH-1	You must hit the box to open it. This is quite simple, but it is also quite funny. At craft fairs, many people felt that Karakuri Boxes were difficult to open. Therefore, this was designed. For a long time, the craftsman continued making it in secret, because, other craftsmen in our group were trying to create special works, too. Fake Box	CH-2-2	This is a larger version of CH-2 with the same mechanism. Designed: Karakuri Creation Group Created: 01/2016 Size: 62 x 50 x 39 mm Materials: maple, etc.
Fake Box	CH-2	The cover rattles. But, you can’t open it by usual methods. We recommend it for beginners. The simplicity is pleasant. In Feb. 2008, “SAMPLES” (KS-1) was created.
